OUR SERVICE
We pride ourselves in offering a weekly van sales service to our customers. This allows you to order stock on the day, no minimum order necessary. Our friendly salesmen work around you to visit at a time that fits in best with your day.
We understand how demanding and time consuming the hospitality industry can be. For this reason, we have compiled our routes to facilitate the ability for us to call in and see how you are. Should you not require anything, there is no pressure. Calling in on a weekly basis allows customers to never miss out on seasonal promotions or new products coming in. We like to keep you in the loop on a regular basis. Building a respectable customer relationship is very important to us. On occasion, seeing the blue and yellow JTS van arrive is enough to remind our customers that they are about to run out of a box of crisps or have used up the last of the glasswash or any other essential cleaning products.
For those customers who prefer to be prompted with a weekly phone call, we also offer a telesales option, whereby one of our telesales team ring you at a designated time, a day or so prior to your delivery. To request this, please speak to our office on 01934 744951.

Halesowen warehouse was opened in 2010. We have 4 vans as well as 6 employees working in Halesowen. We supply all our products out of this warehouse to cover the midlands.

Our Cheddar warehouse also houses our head office. This is our biggest warehouse with 12 vans and 39 employees working from Cheddar. We have been in Cheddar since JTS was founded in 1992. Our vans from Cheddar cover from Lands End in Cornwall up to near Wrexham.

Our Newbury warehouse has 4 vans. We opened this warehouse in 2012. We make sure that our service from each warehouse are consistent and we ensure that all our customers will have the same service no matter what.

I have been using JTS to supply all aspects of businesses I have worked with for several years and have yet to find a company nearly as accommodating and helpful. If you need something specific - they will find it and pricing is as competitive as you will get! My standard description to people is that they are 'the Harrods of hospitality!'
The service we get is phenomenal, Nickey pulls out all the stops to get what I need when I need it, sometimes at very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any sort of kitchen or bar ware, table ware, cutlery, snacks and cleaning products
